The combination of both these powerful tools will motivate you to push your limits everyday and achieve your desired goal(s).
Conscious breathing
Conscious breathing is vital for goals because it helps to focus the mind, and increases motivation and energy levels. It also helps improve the quality of sleep, which is vital to achieving goals.

To conquer your breathing, it is important to focus on the breath and be aware of the inhale and exhale. It is also important to practice regularly, and to find a comfortable place to practice.
